We are able to provide 'ball park' figures initially on your proposals to help you to decide on affordability. We can also advise and suggest more cost affective alternatives if necessary.

These 'ball park' figures will be converted to a firm quotation when the design has been finalised. We are also able to provide cost projection whilst work is being carried out if the design is changed or you need to add further work. This will mean you are aware of the final cost figure at all times, therefore providing cost certainty and avoiding the unkown.

The following prices are approximate for various works inclusive of labour and building materials and exclusive of second fix like bathrooms or bedrooms.
